In order to make a complaint, please follow these steps:
1. The claim form
Please fill out the claim form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following information: name, address, e-mail, telephone number, indicating the product code and cause of complaint, date of purchase and occurence of defect.
2. Sending the product back
Please return the product with all its accessories and with a copy of the invoice

We will respond to each complaint application within 14 calendar days from the date of its submitting.
The complaint concerns the manufacturing defects of the product, no mechanical damage resulting from improper use of the product. It does not apply to mechanical damages caused during the transport of the goods.
According to current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the product to us, please fill out the required statement and send it to our address along with the returned product/products:
